Hi Rockhead. Interesting that you chose the GA-MA69GM-S2H board. Did the reported high heat output worry you? A number of reviews picked up on the northbridge getting very hot but someone from Gigabyte has said that a BIOS revision has cured it. Dunno how a BIOS change could alter the heat problems but there you go.

I was at www.motherboardpro.com and you can preorder the DFI LANPANTY LT X48-T2R Motherboard for $299.99. I have looked around and this looks like a pretty decent deal. The specs look pretty good too. Let me know what you guys think.
