Need gear for a skype setup

I want to get my cousin some stuff for her laptop so she can use skype to chat with her relatives that live out of state. I would like to spend as little as possible but I don't want to give her lemon hardware.

Basically I need a headset with a microphone and a webcam. I'd like to spend $100 max on all of it, but please tell me your recommendations. This is one area of hardware that I am not too knowledgeable in. Thank you.
