need FTP software suggestion

Which FTP client software support pause and resume function of download?
also I can not install files into \system path,
need your help, thanx!

I personally hvae used leechftp. It supports resume downloads and many other cool features but its mainly a high bandwith kinda ftp client.

I think most FTP client support resume anyways. I've always use WS_FTP, but I recently tried FlashFXP and it rawks.

Bullet Proof FTP is by far my favorite.
But i'm not sure about the sys files thing.

Why is this a concern?

WS_FTP was is and probably always will be my favorite FTP software. Personal preferance though, I hear the Cute FTP works fine as well. Almost any FTP program will work alright, try several and find the one most intuitive to you.

another vote for FlashFXP, definately the best and most feature packed ftp/fxp client.

Thanks to all of you who replied.
Just because I wish to download some big files and at home i only got 56k modem to surf,
so i have to use computer at school, i don't have the right to install any files to \system
path, that is what i am asking for.
now i am using coffeecup free FTP, and i think bullet proof is also a good choice.

In windows use DOS FTP. In Linux. UNIX etc, use included FTP program.
