Need FTP software for one project please?

Hey guys, I need to use an ftp software to download a backup of my website unto my desktop so I can have a hard copy of it. Can anyone recommend an easy to use free one for this one time project please? If I could get one where I might be able to get help on using it from a forum would be great, thanks.
 
Thanks a million for the help. I had tried to use the quick connect feature but it keeps timing out. I enter my Godaddy details, just the "port" number I don't know and left that field blank so maybe that's the issue, I will try the filezilla forums for help, appreciate it!
 
Well, trying to join that forum doesn't work, I tried registering with both my yahoo and gmail email addresses and getting this error:
