Need for Speed High Stakes wont play on Windows XP!

I decided I wanted to play it and installed it because it was laying around. Well I get this error when I run the executable file......."C:\NFSHS\nfshs.exe is not a valid Win32 application"

What the hell? I can play jedi knight II fine..................

HS doesn't run on W2K either if I recall. Run it in compatibility mode.

Well, ya see, I had originally bought it for like $40 or whatever it was.....but then sold it on ebay for about a buck or something like that............so I did pay for it already......sorta......

In that case, that error sounds like a bad burn...

Go to ntcompatible.com and look it up. I had problems with NFS5 on Win2k but was able to make it work.
