Could someone tell me what is the different in quality when viewing higher resolution image (JPEG) using your VGA or SVGA palm device? Let say, I have a screen that is 320 by 240 resolution and I want to view an image with that same size and another that is twice as long. What is the different between those two?

Thank you

you would have to scroll down to view the rest of the image, or zoom out.

Oh and btw - 320x240 is not the images "resolution" but it's size. The resolution of an image is measured in DPI.

You can have a 8"x10" image at 100DPI and an 8"x10" image at 350DPI - the 350DPI image will appear "larger" on your computer screen, but when you print it the images will both be 8"x10" - the difference is that the 350DPI image has more information per inch (more pixels/dots per inch) than the 100DPI one and will look sharper and better.
