Need FAST help: How to restore .qic file?

So I have a .qic file on this PC that is the image of a non-networked laptop? It is 1.5 MB, so too big for a CD. How do I restore it? It was made in Veritas, but I'm wondering about the logistics of getting the data to the laptop?

Did you RTFM from Veritas? Usually the software you image/backup with is the software you use to restore with.

And what exact Veritas product was it created by?
