Need fast advice!!! Help!!

Help!!! I have to travel out of town to my Father's house and I told him I would build him a computer. I need a solid performing basic mobo for an athlon xp 2400. He has never owned a computer before so I probably don't need to say he isn't going to do anything fancy. Help fast!!!

If he doesn't play any games, this board will do it
