Need expert help on water cooling system!!

K I just found out that my 50w Leufken peltier is not performing as good as it should. I was checking how cold this TEC got with just heatsink and fan it messured that the cold side only got to 6c. So I have ordered a new TEC that is rated for a 80w. Have to get a new PSU for this one as it need 16v. I will test how good the watercooling system will perform when using the TEC directly on the cpu and outside the case as my original drawing.

THX for all help guys. I'll post how it goes when I'm done with it .

Oh and Radiator was kind of big.. 35*25 so I'll have the radiator and watertank and waterpump outside my case.. I'm building a highbox for them..
