need everything on the board

ok the lady next store is on permannent disability and spends all her time on her computer, but last night the power supply died frying her amd k-6 300. i decided to build her a new system but i'm a little strapped for cash. i'm getting a xp 1600 from newegg and i want a motherboard with on board modem,sound,video. pc100 or ddr it doesn't matter just as long as it can handle the proc. i've looked around but i can't find anything with an on board modem. any suggestions? if it can't hadle the 1600 i can always get the duron 1.2 but i would rather give her the extra speed for a couple bucks more.

You need to look for a PC chips board Like the M841L. It has onboard video, sound, modem, etc. It can handle the processor and has the option of DDR or SDRAM. Not sure about PC100 but it does do PC133. It will probably do the PC100; just not listed.
