Need Drivers. Please HELP!!

I have a Sony VAIO FS series Laptop

i need the drivers for NVIDIA Geforce Go 6200 with TurboCache

I downloaded 2 drivers already, but they didnt seem to be the correct ones. please i need help i have just formatted my computer and everything moves at 3fps (frames per second)

and i need the correct ones, because i am in india and a 20mb file takes like 1 hour to download...

i would appreciate if you can give me the direct link to it, or atleast the correct page. thank you very much...

i have already tried nvidia.com
selected Graphics drivers>Geforce>WIndows XP

but it didnt work.... because mines a geforce go, not just geforce..

do i select the Geforce GO 7800 GTX ??? but i also thought that wouldnt help since i dont have a 7800.... im quite confused, please help..
 
You need to download the drivers from Sony, I think. ATI's Catalyst supports their mobility products, but for Nvidia their drivers might not support laptop versions (I don't know).

hmmm ... i currently use the regular drivers from the nvidia site for my Geforce 4 460 go and it works fine except when I switch resolutions coz some of the offered resolutoins are not supported by my laptop...

Dunno why it doesnt work for you though... have you tried checking the sony site for updated drivers for your model?
 
Sony drivers
Here are the drivers for the 6200Go. Those should work even if yours isn't the FS model listed. However, I reccommend that you find the exact model and get all the updates it displays.

ok thanks it worked i put in ther serial number and i was able to obtain all the drivers. thank you very much.
