Need Drivers...Need Drivers

I bought a refurbished Gainward Geforce 3 Powerpack With VIVO and the card came to me with no drivers, no nothing. I need Gainward's drivers for this card and I would appreciate if anybody with this card knows where I can download the drivers for it. Thanks.

No, they also work with the Gainward.

Just like the Detonator drivers, which are unified for all models, so is the WDM driver.

It does contain information specific for the Personal Cinema, but also installs the general WDM drivers.

Anyway as I mentioned above you can also get them at Gainward's site.

I personally used the drivers from NVidia page, and they work, but I don't know if there is any difference between them. In any case you would probably be better off using the ones on Gainward's site.

Thanks...I guess I'll be downloading the ones from Nvidia since Gainward doesn't post any drivers for the Geforce 3, only the Ti 200 and Ti 500.

One last question...does Gainward's ExpertTool work for the Geforce 3 even with Nvidia's Reference drivers?

Yes it does. It is simply a duplication of the functions that exist in the reference drivers anyway.

The only thing is the overclocking panel, that by default is not shown in the reference drivers, but can be enabled with a registry tweak.

Downloaded! Finally...my games work better! and the Expert utlity works too! Finally I am able to set the card to Enhanced mode and reassure myself that I didn't waste $150 bucks.
