Need digital camera advice

I'm looking at the canon sd500 or sd550 vs sony p200

any specific recommendations on one or the other?

I need it to be able to be portable and able to fit in my pocket, but i want a good camera.

i went w/the sony p200 for $300 shipped to my door....i hope i made a good choice. i love canon...but i thought i'd give sony a try this time.

I would get the sd400 or p100 and save yourself some money.
