im not a computer nub.. and i've built many systems before..
well, i've tried to oc my current athlon xp system last week..
after tweaking various settings.. the computer wouldn't boot after changing the ram timings..
so i jumped the cmos many times but no luck... so, i tried my ram on my friend's computer and it worked fine.. and tried different videocard, psu, and cpu but no luck...
with process of elimination i got it down to my motherboard.. so i order a new abit nf7-s v.2 mobo which i installed today... but guess wat.. same problem.. it still woudln't boot..
my ram, cpu, and gpu works all fine in a different computer.. but it wouldn't w/ my old biostar mobo or the new abit mobo....
i know for sure my cpu, gpu, psu, and monitor work fine...
but when i turn on the system monitor kinda turns on but displays "No Signal, Cable Connection OK" ... i just dont know what to do anymore... any help?

Have you tried taking everything out of the case and just setting up the PSU, motherboard, CPU, HS/F, ram, and videocard on a non-conductive surface and then starting it up?

perhaps overclocking on a mobo that supposed to have pci lock (but doesnt) corrupted the hard drive - I would ytry a new one

Does it not get into windows, or does it not boot at all? It sounds like it's not even posting. If that's the case, I don't think it could be a harddrive problem, especially if it doesn't work with one attached.
