Need decent headphones for under 30 bucks

I need a good pair of headphones to use with my dell DJ while I work out, but I will also use them while I study and possibly bicycle too. I am looking to spend under 30 bucks.

I have heard good things about the sony fontopia headphones but also heard that the "ear cannal: design is hard to get used to.

if u want cheap earbuds i recommend the Sennheiser MX400 or 500. They're only like 15$ and they sound great.

Koss KSC50 or KSC55 (the difference between these two is the strap) ~$10-$15
Also really good. These are not earbuds. I like them because most earbuds don't fit my ears properly.
