Need CPU cooling recommendation

Got i7 930, and an Asus P6X58D Premium on the way. I'm planning to OC it to around 4ghz. What's the best cpu cooling do you recommend?
 
The top few air coolers would be:
Noctua DH14, Prolimatech Megahalems, Thermalright Venemous-X..

Top bang for the buck that should be good enough to get you to 4GHz assuming you have the room in your case and can deal with a PITA installation:

I would also recommend the Prolimatech Megahalems, Thermalright Venomous X, Noctua D14.

Scythe has also bought out a new CPU cooler called the YASYA. It seems to perform relatively well, and it looks great too, but I would personally get one of the 3 coolers listed above.
