1. You could also replace the 120mm fans with ones that move more air. 2x 120mm Evercool Aluminum at 7V using a Fanbus controller may help.

2. Getting a thermalright SLK 9xx series HS and 92mm panaflo Medium would help your CPU

I havent used Zalman's cpu heatsink, but have heard it performs well.

3. I have the Superlanboy case and in front of the 120mm fan in the front, there was a grating with circle holes cut in. It restricted air flow quite a bit. I took a pair of diag wire cutters, and cliped them off (took a bit of effort) and used a dremel to sand down the sharp edges. Air flow was helped quite a bit.

4. I just removed the entire HDD cage in the front (mine was the perpendicularly facing one) by drilling out all 8 rivots, and taking out the 2 screws. Air flow is much better now. For my HDDs, i bought a Zalman passive HDD cooler for my cooler running drive, and I suspended my Raptor in front of the 120mm fan in the front using bungee cord material.

Number 3 and 4 took me 3 weeks of planning/trying/ripping out stuff/not being happy and starting over. :p

Good luck!

Well here's my plan of action thus far...

1. See how well AS5 does for bringing me down some degree's.

2. Get that duct from SVC

3. Switch out my TT HSF

Reason why I'm putting my HSF at the bottem is because I went out and looked around for a good HSF that would suit my needs. I've heard a lot of good things about this Volcano 12 so therefore purchased it, would like to hold off on buying another HSF if I can.

Thanks for all the input guys, and if anyone around Wayzata Minnesota who can do some cuts and case mods, send me a PM....me around power tools is a very scary thought but would be nice to put in another case fan or two.
