Need cooling advice for MSI K7T Pro 2A (MS 6330)

I have a problem with my system built on MSI K7T Pro 2A motherboard.

In my case it appears to be caused by inadequate cooling.

The system hangs up in Win ME 5 min after booting. I have to do a hard reset, and it will not boot into Win. In fact, it even hangs while in BIOS. If I take the case cover off, it runs longer but eventually hangs anyway.

I noticed, that it hangs when the CPU temperature reaches 48 degrees C and the motherboard reaches 36 degrees C (Centigrade). Right now, it has been running for several hours with no problems because I have a desk fan blowing at the CPU/Chipset area of the motherboard. Motherboard temperature is at 23.7 degrees C, CPU at 38.5 degrees C.

Question: Can anybody recommend a good, and I mean a really good CPU and case fan? How about a chipset fan?

Thanks.
