Need Conformation

Pretty sure it will be enough but thought I'd ask to make sure. I have a Seasonic M12II 520w power supply. Will this be enough for a 3570k and GTX 670 with the cpu overclocked to 4.5GHz or as much as I can get without to much heat or volts. Also I have a Gelid Tranquillo cooler, will it be enough to keep it cool.
