Need cheap LGA775 ATX Mobo with IDE connectors

The motherboard on my PIII died after 9 years of valiant service and I'm looking to redo the computer. Since I already have the optical drive and two HDD's (all three are IDE/PATA), the board needs to be able to be able to support at least 3 IDE drives. As well, the case from the PIII is ATX form-factor, so I need micro-ATX or ATX form-factor.

As well, on-board video would be nice. I don't care if it's as shoddy as a GMA X3000 if it means saving a few bucks. VGA-out would be nice to have, seeing as the old monitor is also a VGA LCD. HDMI-out would also be nice, although not necessary. On-board sound is necessary.

I'm looking to get an E2100 or E2180 if I feel like spending more. So as I said, no need for anything expensive, reliability is prized more than performance. Overclockability is of no importance.

If anybody can think of an AMD package of equivalent performance that's about the same or cheaper price suggestions are welcome.

Thanks.

The Via-chipset 775dual-VSTA has two IDE ports. There are a few Nvidia 650i or 750i boards with the older southbridge chipset that also support two IDE ports.
