I need to replace my ECS 945GCT-M/1333. It won't let me OC aside from BSEL, so I can't push my E2200 anymore. Also, I can't pick up a Q6600 and oc it since it doesn't support 1333.

Any ideas for a cheap motherboard (around $50) which:

-Has enough slots so that I can put a 9600GSO with an Accelero S1 AND a 120mm fan attached, and still fit a Sound Blaster X-Fi and an ATI HDTV Wonder, so ATX, not microATX
-Can have fsb and vcore adjusted from bios instead of pin mods
-OC's decently well
-Preferrably cheap
-4 ram slots would be nice but it's not necessary

Any ideas would be appreciated. I'm fine with eBay/used stuff

Thanks
