I have an iWill kk266 that I need to put in a micro-, mid-, or regular ATX case. Any particular favorites? Anyone own the Fong-Kai 602? I want easy access, plenty of room for the mobo, and decent cooling.

Thanks,

Antec SX830/1030. Plenty of room, and spots for 4 80 mm fans. I have the SX830 with 4 Panaflos ad love it! Easy access too. Also the Enlight 7237 is a good case. A good bit smaller. Has places for 2 80mm fans. I would recommend going to www.directron.com and look around.

After a ton of research and consideration, I picked the FK320 (over the antec sx830 and a few others). not exactly cheap, but great thermals, plenty of room, and easy access from the reviews I've read. Should be here Monday, so if my opinion changes, i'll let you know! :)

Antec cases are, without a doubt, the best cases on the market for the money as are their fans and power supplies. I've used them all, I think, and Antec is my favorite. For a Gameboy those Tornados are really nice but you better play games and LOUD,,, They sound like my damn airboat.
I'd like to build one out of aircraft aluminum, all louvered up with a thick copper top finned inside and out with an end mill like a giant heat sink.Power supply and case fans at the top and louvers at the bottom.Suck that air over the components really fast . I think it would outcool them all.
On the Antecs........they run cooler without the front fan installed !
Air velocity seems to be more important than volume.

I've been searching for the ultimate case for over a year now and finally found it.

The Lian Li - PC-60 It's an all aluminium case including the front panel. It has 4 5-1/4 bays. 3 x 3 1/2 bays and 3 x internal 3 1/2 bays for HDDs'. Slide out M/b tray. Uses thumb-screws (don't need a screwdriver for most stuff). Comes standard with 3 case fans. two mounted on the front directly in front of the HDD rack. And one in the back directly adjacent to the CPU.
Even has a switch to adjust the fan speeds. Looks awsome and performs even better.

Lian-Li claim that, because of the all-aluminium design, internal case temperatures are about 10 degC cooler than other cases.

Check it out at http://www.overclockers.com.au or http://www.auspcmarket.com.au.

if you're on a tight budget...you should also check out the Enlight 7237. I think its an awesome case for its price.

I spent sometime looking at all of the cases mentioned above. I went with the Genie by Chembro with a Enermax 430W FM PS with some mods from Coolcases. I didn't mind paying a couple of extra bucks to have the PS and the other mods done for me because I have no experience with cutting metal, well I should say I have no Successful experience cutting metal:p
I went with Gromet mounts and some larger and less noisy fans. This case was built for a KT7A RAID, 1Ghz TBird, 4 Ibm 45 GB Deskstars........... It should be here this week can't wait.:D
If you are going to do it yourself, add the PS and add one or two more exhausts I would still go with the Genie or the Lite On FS020.
I probably won't OC this system because I just don't see the difference, or IMHO I don't think there will be a great difference going from 1GHZ to 1.1. Then again I will admit that I will TRY IT;)

I purchased an InWin S506, and think it's great. Rounded edges, nice airflow, easy to install every component of my new PC. No motherboard tray is the only downside I can see.

I used directron.com to order, and they were able to substitute PS for me, etc. I would recommend them as well.
