Need Case/PS Assistance

Need some suggestions here about case/ps. I'm putting together a new system:

2 P3-650e's (one has an alpha, the other generic, however considering 2 vantecs for the space)
Tiger 100 mobo
256M Ram (trying to get ahold of another 256 w/o spending $$ - aren't we all 😉
V5-5500
Mylex dac960p scsi raid controller
4 - st118273w Seagate 18G drives
ls 120 (possibly just use regular floppy though, hardly ever use the 120 disks...
CD Reader
2 - removable drive bays (ide)
SBLive Value
Adaptec 2940U (will drop if I put the scsi drives internal though)
Several case fans - tbd - prolly at least 4 or 5 60mm or 80mm

Here's the rub - the 4 scsi's are currently in an external case (inherited that way). I'd like to put it all in one box. The scsi's are 1.6"x4" so should fit in the 3.5" bays. To do this I'm looking at the Antec SX1030 - like $92 shipped - found the link from hot deals if anyone interested btw... It has 10 bays - 4-5.25 6-3.5. So 4 scsi's, a space and then the floppy should work fine...

If I get that case, do you think 300w ps will be enough or should I be going for 400? suggestions would be appreciated...😱

I guess more of the question is will I need it 😉 Since I'm trying to stay cheap. The Antec is really cheap and comes with a 300. Just a 400 will run me about $50-80 depending...
