Need case opinions... $100ish

I am going to be putting together a computer around the beginning of April. I'm looking to spend about $100 at most on a case and power supply (together). The following case is onsale a Frys for $99.

ANTEC 1080amg

This case includes the Antec Truepower 430w PSU. Ive heard this case is heavy, but has a lot of room and a good PSU.

Should I make the purchase? or should i wait until March to make a purchase since I not putting it together until April?

Any other recommendations on other cases are welcome also.

This case has to be one of the most silent cases I've ever heard. Used it to build a friend's system. When it is idle you can't even hear the fans.

Edit: The PSU alone is worth $100 or so, so get it!!!

Fry's is doing the Order Case for $ 139.99 - plus sales tax.
If you can grab it at that price, you better jump befor they 'Run out' of stock and try to sell you a more
expensive case ans an alternate.

You can get the same case as a CHEIFTECH in aluminum, with a 430W P/s for $ 99 free freight from New Egg, if you miss the sale at Fry's.
