Well first off I have some Xion XON-103 case with a wierd scheme so I am looking to change to something more subtle, possibly with a side window, no gaudy ugly stuff, a basic nice quality case that can fit a GTX 260.

Second, I need suggestions for a new Northbridge cooler, it uses the hook retention, my fan has recently started a whirring, and i'm using a fan controller to quiet it, its getting too hot for my tastes.

I'm in USA, and love newegg :)

EDIT: Any opinions on this cooler, also, does it have hook retention?

if you're looking for classy, check out Lian Li cases, they can be had between $89 - $300.

LL's are all high quality cases.

Other nice cases are the Cooler Master RC-690, Cooler Master HAF932 , andthe Antec P183 (available directly through Antec). Lian Li's and Silverstones are great cases if you have the money. Like the Silverstone TJ07 and TJ09, and Lian Li PC-7 series.

As for a northbridge cooler, look around for a Thermalright HR-05 IFX and grab an 80mm fan and you're golden.

They have free shipping and look good to me, are they quality?

those 2 cases are sucky in the cooling department, the centurion 5 only has an 80mm fan in the front. the standard is 120mm and up these days.

the Elite case may come with mounting hols in the front for a 120mm fan, but you'd have to buy your own, add $10 for the cost of a fan to the entire cost of that case.

looks like you're looking at <$75 cases... can we have some more fun and you increase your budget to $150?

Eww, my computer budget depleted a long time ago i'd say. These 2 cases come with free shipping and i like them , also, my current 120mm fans would probably go into the new case because I have some nice thermaltakes.

I think I made up my mind!!

$72, I like it a lot.

LOL what was the purpose of making this thread? you did not take any suggestions from other users, nor did you ask any questions, nor did u reply to anything we said lol.

btw, thermaltake fans are not NICE, they're SUCK. they lie about dB readings and don't have a good CFM/dB rating.

I looked at your suggestions....>_>. The thing is the price, Lian Li's I know are awesome cases, but they are too much right now :(, And I know my fans are not the best, I voltmodded them to 7v I think, and they still move an impressive amount of air at near silence.
