I've got a Dell Dimension with front usb ports connected to the internal motherboard usb header pins.

I've recently purchased an internal flash card reader with usb port that I'd like to add to the system, in one of the floppy bays, to make it easier for my wife to use her digital camera and offload/edit pics etc.

The card reader I got of course expects that your mobo headers are available. I'd like to keep the Dell usb ports working, and somehow wire this card reader to the rear usb ports. So I was thinking I just need a cable which has a USB Type A male on one end (to plug into the back) and then a set of Usb mobo-style header pins on the other end.

Has anyone ever seen a cable like this, and know where I can get one? Otherwise I'm going to have to just buy a Type A-A M/M cable, cut it in half, and solder on some pins myself.
