Need breakfast ideas...

has to be something that I can bring into work, something reasonably filling (same as 3-4 donut holes) and few cals (under 200).

how about some toast

bonus: if your work has a kitchenette or lunch room with a toaster, you can experience the true freshness of teh toast

Few calories?

Don't fight nature. Look into foods that will keep you full longer so you don't overeat without even thinking about it.

Avoid high fructose corn syrup, it makes you think you're hungry when you're not. So no premade smoothies.

I'd eat something with whole grains and maybe a piece of fruit.

But not fruit juice, those calories won't last long. you'll be ready for lunch too early.

I realized today that my muffin+capuccino was 700cals..which is ridiculously. Plus, I need something for just a few hours. I usually have breakfast around 10-11 and lunch around 2-3.

I guess toast with a bit of cheese is good. ~120 cals form the bread + 80-100 for the cheese would be ok.

I just ate 5 kolaches today, no lunch but throughout the day. WTH. Within the past 2 weeks I have been eating really bad. I can feel it too. Yuck.

a piece of toast with some jelly or peanut butter or both on it.. umm... a hard boiled egg with some toast.. i have no clue how many calories that is though
