Need Boot Loader Menu Suggestion

Instead of lugging around (2) 320GB hard drives for work with different OS's I was hoping to maybe use a boot loader menu.

Needs to support Windows 7 32bit and Windows 7 64bit.

I'm hoping I would be able to hibernate in W7 32bit then power on and be able to select the other OS without having to do a full shutdown between selections.

I realize that W7 comes with comes with a menu but I can't seem to make it work with hibernation.

Also it is possible to use bitlocker on both OS partitions?
