Need best $200~ Video card

Hey I have $200 to spend on a video card. It can go slightly over if it's worth it. What video card should I buy?

probably a x1800gto, but it hasn't been launched yet. might have to wait until the end of the month.

now, 7600gt is the best sub $200 card out there
