Need AT's help pickin' out a GPS for my dad's birthday!!!

So I didn't get the whole gist from my mom, but basically, he's got an old, old GPS........it sucks #1.........he got pulled over & cop told him he has to get it out of the windshield of his truck #2. So long story short......he's over it & wants a new one.

I'd like to keep it under $200 (circa $100 even better) but wanna get him something decent. I had no idea there even WAS laws about a GPS on the windshield.

Suggestions for 'smaller' type GPS for pops?
