Need ATOT help in finding a phone number

I canceled my membership with Planet Fitness (gym) last month, they are charging me an extra $10 because my cc was declined. I see the notice and say WTF? My card is in good standing, I'm not even close to the credit limit, works fine. If I go to their web site, all I can find phone numbers for are their brances. I tried talking to the branch I used to go to, but the manager was totally uncooperative. I tried to do a google search, but came up empty.

Just called my cc company, they cant do anything since the charge didnt go through. Hmm, guess I'll have to fight with them tomorrow. Dont want them going after my credit, never had a history of late or missed payments.

Is there any kind of site or some kind of database somewhere that I can find their corporate number?
