Oh, I guess. Basically, my Vapochill is broken. It's been broken for 3 months, I've emailed them back and forth dozens of times. They've sent me to replacement control boards, both of which have not solved the problem. I have now asked for a replacement unit, they asked for my phone number so they could have DHL contact me, I sent it, and now are ignoring me.
The time this is taking is getting rediculous.

Hi Ben,

Since this wasn't fixed correctly the first time around, I would like
to have the unit picked up by DHL on our account to have it returned
here for testing and repair. I will get DHL to contact you to arrange
for a time and date to pick up the unit. What phonenumber can they
reach you on?

I'm sorry for the wait, but we have been totally loaded with mails
the past weeks, due to the VapoChill Micros being put on the market.
A lot of people have alot of questions.

Hi Ben,

Since this wasn't fixed correctly the first time around, I would like
to have the unit picked up by DHL on our account to have it returned
here for testing and repair. I will get DHL to contact you to arrange
for a time and date to pick up the unit. What phonenumber can they
reach you on?

I'm sorry for the wait, but we have been totally loaded with mails
the past weeks, due to the VapoChill Micros being put on the market.

Hi Ben,

Since this wasn't fixed correctly the first time around, I would like
to have the unit picked up by DHL on our account to have it returned
here for testing and repair. I will get DHL to contact you to arrange
for a time and date to pick up the unit. What phonenumber can they
reach you on?

I'm sorry for the wait, but we have been totally loaded with mails
the past weeks, due to the VapoChill Micros being put on the market.

You're barking up the wrong tree. Make a thread about it on XtremeSystems or another forum where a greater percentage of their users own/use/troubleshoot AseTek VapoChill products.

They probably have better contacts as well.
