Hi everyone. My name is Andrew. I am a runner and I also am interested in computers. I am the one that geekbabe is talking about. Thank you all so much for all the votes that you give me :). I am going to be taking Algebra 2 next year and I need one of these calculators but I don't know how I will be able to buy one. Thanks again for all the help:D

I think I have a ti-83 lying around somewhere that I could just *give* to the kid, if that'd be easier. The calculator's only $90, it wouldn't be that hard to just buy him one.

Voted! Good luck man! And, if you really need help with getting this calculator I am sure we could get/give you one. :)

I finished high school and 1 year of calculus in college without knowing how to use a graphic calculator. just use a scientific one will be fine.

Your design is lacking, make sure you do well in Algebra because your career as a graphic designer has already failed.

None the less I voted.

honestly, like a few have already mentioned -

i'd be more than willing to just GIVE you a graphing calculator if you need. I've accumulated something like 5 or 6 of these ubiquituous TIs (83/plus, 85, 86, 89, hell even a 92) over the course of countless semesters. Don't touch them at all now. If memory serves me right, you'd probably get a couple of games along with the 83 and the 89 :)

This isn't an empty gesture, definitely feel free to ask me.

Voted! :)

What a cutie. He reminds me of a boy I used to have a crush on in high school - many, many, many years ago.

man, i hated having to carry around a graphing calc in high school, my 86 got stolen once and that totally sucked.

i really like this one
clicky
and its obvious the design with the most votes must have had a similar ATOT-effect given to it, because... i saw myself creating better art when I was in 4th grade. Let alone highschool. the global one scares me, simply because it has the highest number of votes. obviously the one i linked to and the one linked above (the 'Dimension' design) are the highest quality digital-graphics designs on that page.

Let him buy his own God damned calculator

That's fvcking messed up. :|

while crude... the kid could have at least put a lil more effort into his design then simply being a picture of himself, if he really wanted to earn a free calculator.
