Need atapi.sys for x64

Could someone upload there atapi.sys file from a Windows x64 system please. The one on my XP Pro x64 SP2 cd is corrupted, I tried the disc in a couple systems and have the same problem. I looked high and low on the net and can't find it anywhere, unless I over looked it.

I ended up getting an image from a friend. Once it got past the atapi.sys another file came up corrupt during the install. I don't know what happened to my disc, you can explore it and read all the files just fine but when it comes to actually using it to install is when the problems pop-up and I tried it on several machines and get the same results. Strange.
