Hmmmmm.... I made a page with 4 frames in it.. I thought each time each frame loaded, it'd generate 4 votes - I'm doing something wrong.. maybe it's just reading the info from the cache since it's the same? Beats me, but it only gets 1 vote on each refresh. Oh well.
