Need assistance w/ MB+CPU combo

I've been out of the loop for 6 years. That's how old my current rig is

What I'd like to do is UG and get a new MB/CPU combo, new vid card and another 2G of RAM.

The other option I have is to buy a new refurbished PC at my work. It will come with W7, which I'd have to buy the UG version for my current rig (I HATE Vista). The only thing I'd have to do is replace the vid card.

Anyways....can someone, anyone, recommend a decent MB/CPU combo? I'd like to keep it around the $330-350 range.

What you found on Newegg won't work with your old RAM. P55 uses DDR3 and it smells like your old memory is DDR or DDR2. You will have to obtain DDR3 RAM and a CPI-Express vid card
