I just downloaded a package that came with a bunch of modules like PHP Perl Python MySQL etc. I double click to start the apache server and it won't start. I figure it's not working because the test.html file they supply will not work. Yes I checked root directory in .htaccess and it is correct, and Apache monitor gives me an error when I try to start. Any help please? AIm is Beast1284

When I open the Apache Monitor program and click on Apache2 service and click start, it says, " The requested operation has failed!"
