Need an MB with integrated everything that O/C's

Title says it all. I'm looking for either a Socket 370 or Socket A (preferred) MB that has at least integrated video and is suited to overclocking. The Abit KT7E is nearly perfect but doesn't come with anything onboard. I'm looking for cheap, but still good. (kinda tough spot)

Any suggestions? This machine will be for my grandparents and I don't have a lot of cash to spend. They just need a basic machine, but I want to be able to drop a cheap Duron or Celeron in it and O/C it a bit. 🙂

For Socket370 I'd say look towards an board based upon the I815 chipset, it has integrated video and almost always integrated sound also and there are many boards based upon this chipset that are made for the overclocker/tweaker market.

The Asus CUSL2 is a very nice board that has integrated video and sound.

Any other suggestions? I'm still looking for a decent Socket A board as well.

If you can find this board, I think it has everything you're looking for in a Socket A board for the grandparents. Soltek SL-75MIV

Thank you! That looks to be about the perfect board. 🙂 As you said, if only I could find it. 😱 So far Pricwatch has turned up zilch. Hopefully I can find that board sometime in the next month or so.

mlchang, that looks like a sweet idea for a low budget box. I was looking for something like that. Now if I could just find somewhere that carries it.

I thought about waiting until the Nforce (was Crush) chipset is out, but two things are stopping me.

1. It's not scheduled to be released until August at the earliest and I need something by the middle of July.

2. Nvida is not looking at the low end. The boards will be more in the middle to high end cost wise. Especially with all the performance that Nvida says they'll offer.

But it would make a nice second system. 🙂
