sup guyz...i'm looking for a motherboard for my xp1700+ that's really good for it's price...in another words a mobo that's cheap but pretty damn good...i'd appreciate it if you guyz can post up some suggestionz...thanx

I bought the K7s6a about a month ago, only a bit more expensive than the K7s5a and with some nice features - DDR ram only though. I haven't had a single problem with it.

Yea, the ECS's are good boards. There seems to be a Hit-or-Miss factor with the K7S5A. Of course, its because of the sdram/ddram that makes it so. What chipset does the K7s6a run on? The name doesn't ring a bell. I like the K7VTA3. You get the cheapest via kt266a chipset board that isn't one of the slowest and is stable.

EDIT: Of course, the Epox 8kha+ is pretty damn good. Is almost always 2nd place behind the Abit kr7. It'll be 90's.

EDIT 2: The ECS K7S5A is 54
The K7VTA3 is 65.
The Epox EP-8KHA+ is 91.
These are Newegg.com prices.
