Yea, the ECS's are good boards. There seems to be a Hit-or-Miss factor with the K7S5A. Of course, its because of the sdram/ddram that makes it so. What chipset does the K7s6a run on? The name doesn't ring a bell. I like the K7VTA3. You get the cheapest via kt266a chipset board that isn't one of the slowest and is stable.
EDIT: Of course, the Epox 8kha+ is pretty damn good. Is almost always 2nd place behind the Abit kr7. It'll be 90's.
