i am tired of their sh!t. they send me various movies off my queue in any order they want even when my #1 is available. i have been waiting over 6mos for the 2nd disc of malcom x. i live in the same city as one of their distribution centers and it is taking 5+ days to get my next movie.

i am on the 1 at a time so it is not like i was abusing it....

what would you recommend?
 
netflix hates you, i love the service.

do people call to complain anymore these days or just straight away deal with someone else?

i have emailed them at least 5x asking if they use a random number generator to see what queue number i get next.....so i have complained.
 
Mammoth Video DVD Club $25/mo.,unlimited rentals, you can take out two videos at a time and keep them out for as long as 30 days.

Then you're over the threshold. The 4 movie a month plan charges $11.99, so they certainly wouldn't want you to get more movies for less.
