Then you're over the threshold. The 4 movie a month plan charges $11.99, so they certainly wouldn't want you to get more movies for less.

also, what i am really mad about is that they don't go by my queue, they just pick anything off of it and send it. just recently i received a movie i got a couple of months ago and know i didn't place it back on my queue...

Why? With the turn-around time of the mailings I could rent 10 DVDs in the time you watch 3. On tuesdays, when the new movies come out, I'm already set up for the weekend, every weekend.
