Personally, I can care less of the $13 chump change that I lost. I don't give a rats as$ wether or not I get it back.

But, I would like to see rhinopoint get taken care of for swindling us all.

Just remember that when a company goes out of business, its creditors do not all lose out. The courts determine who gets paid.

Also if someone removed funds inappropiately before closing down, they can be retrieved.

Just want to clear something up:

In the case of bankruptcy, the SECURED creditors
are first in line to get paid the money that is due to them.

If any money is left over after each and every SECURED
creditor is paid, then the UNSECURED creditors get
paid.

99.9% of the time, there is no money left over after the
secured creditors get paid. Lots of times, there is not
enough money to pay off all the secured creditors in
the first place.

None of you guys are secured creditors of Rhinopoint.

if everyone believes they just died cause business went bad, think of this:

how many people signed up (thousands)

they jacked up reg price

they got paypal referal money

and how many got paid? very few, no where near equal to their earings from the above stated...

pretty cut and dry

wow sorry you dont want or appreciate my input..believe me everyone expresses negative opinions on issues i have supported and i dotn tell them to "take their messages elsewhere"..what the heck is that???

people making comments such as "lets get all we can" need to realize that they will likely see nothing...there are too many other deals out here...ive been screwed by pay-to-surfs, etc but i dont waste my time pursuing claims which have little if no chance for success
