I posted this in the off topic Forum and didnt get a response so I thought I would have more luck here.

I need some help from someone who has done this already. I'm getting married next month and the honeymoon is in Ireland. I have never traveled outside the us (ensenada doesnt count) and I was wondering about what gear I need to pick up. More specificaly I am taking the laptop and I know that I am gonna need a voltage converter but I went to fry's to find one and I noticed I will need a plug adapter as well.

Of course the salesmen there were no help so I beg of thee!

Is there a place to pulg in the laptop on the plane itself? If so is it a specific adapter I will need ?

Is there a good all in one travel kit someone may have picked up that they can recomend?

you'll need an adaptor like this plus a converter to lower the voltage from 220v to 115v if your AC adaptor doesn't have Active PFC or a switch.
