Need advice!!

The 9600 is so old I don't know if you can easilly find benchmarks, especially comparing the two.

I was searching for the X1650 PRO and it's on sale at pricegrabber.com and shopping.com
I didn't include the links because the links are so weird. One of them says great sale but that's it.
 
the trouble is that im brazilian.. so, the tax rate conversion between dollar / our currency makes this boards expensive..
and the second trouble is my psu.. its a non-branded 350W one.. so, i will really need one of the boards listed in the first topic..
So, between them, i should keep buying the 6800XE, even with lower clock / no benchs found?
