What should I buy for my pc with $220?

My pc specs are...

p4s8x motherboard
p4 2.8 533
60gig hd 7200 8mb cache
antec truepower 550 watt
fx 5200 128
slow dvd/cd burner
1 gig dual 2100 ram (2x 512)
nice $150 case and fans.

Things I have considerd.

Buying a new motherboard and faster ram.
Buying a Geforce 6600GT
Buying a new 74 gig raptor harddrive.

What would you do?

What do you use the computer for?

IMO u should go with the 6600GT becuase ur current CPU doesnt take advantage of the 3200 speeds that new ram would provide
