Need advice

So I got my new HyperX memory stick shipped to me today. I stick it in. I now have two PC3200 512MB HyperX sticks. Windows boots, it's running in dual channel, all is happy. Until I get a nasty lil error after about 5 minutes. I have an Athlon XP 2500+ OCed to a 3200+ to run at the speed of my memory. It worked fine with just the one stick. I had the stick at 2 3 2 6 timings, which it is supposed to run at, but it defaults to something like... 2.5 4 3 8 or something. So I set my processor back to 2500+ and told the memory to auto. I'm now running stable. I also noticed, however, my DRAM was using 2.7 volts, when the package says it uses 2.5. Should I set it to 2.5? I'll probably go set the DRAM to the 2 3 2 6 and see if that's stable with the CPU clock down. Since I will probably have to stay at 2500+ now, should I just underclock the memory to 2700 so it matches with the CPU. Also, what is the default voltage for a 2500+, I forgot. I have it set to 1.65V right now. Thanks!

Update: I'm running the sticks on 2 3 2 6 timings stabley now. Hmm... I wonder what the deal was. Now the only difference is my CPU isn't over clocked.
