Wow, I wish I had your roommate problems 3 years ago.

My roommate sold drugs out of our dorm room at the University of TN. He also enjoyed coming back drunk and high at 3:30 in the morning and having sex in the room while I was sleeping. So yeah, your ordeal doesn't sound quite as bad as mine was (although mine never stole from me...)

This is why I don't gamble with money and avoid bets, at least for now. Maybe later in a casino or something I might later in life, but just doing this stuff is asking for trouble

Just apologize and get over that $10! A problem with a friend shouldn't be worth $10

apologize?? what is he apologizing for??

His roomate is obviously the a$$ in this situation...

I don't think the OP should be so upset about it... but his roomate is the one that needs to grow up and learn to treat his friends better...

Don't apologize. Your roommate is a jackass. I know exactly what you're going through. He probably doesn't even like you, he just uses you. Don't give him anything ever again and you won't be friends anymore, but at least you won't be his little movie/money machine and whatever else he exploits from you.

I had a roommate who did the same thing. He used to borrow everything and take money very willingly, but never offer anything of himself. He takes from everyone and never gives stuff back, never says thank you. I live with him, but myself and the others I live with don't trust him and aren't as close to him anymore. He's in his own little selfish loser world now.

if you are upset about the computer usage you shouldn't blame it on the poker game.

I'm not, I was using it as an example to exemplify my point.

sounds like you have issues with yourself about thinking that you're being taken advantage of. Next time, settle the problem right there; instead of letting it fester you should have said "bitch, i'm not settling for anything less than the 10 bux you owe me (regardless if you are right or wrong).

No FOCKER steals money off me!

If your that p!ssed about it you should have put some gloves on and head gear and went at it outside. Put a horse shoe or something in your glove first 😛

Don't let him on your pc.

Well, I think whoever stated those were the prizes needed to make up the loss out of their own pocket, or make an "executive decision" about giving the winner less and distributing the loss. I guess the decision was made to give the winner $100 and pimp 2nd/3rd place, so you should live with it, cheerfully, for the sake keeping it copesetic.

BTW I'm not saying it wouldn't have been a great gesture if the roommate gave up some winnings to be generous. He does seem a bit of a social retard.

As for locking your computer, if you like it that way, I see nothing wrong with it. Just a little weird to do it right after your dispute, but he'll get used to it after some time.

I think you're all stupid for running a badly organized money game. People get shot over stuff like this. I've got my neener, and I ain't afraid to use it. word.
