Need advice on where to get some kites

I don't know any hobby shops that carry kites, is there any stores online which has a large variety for beginners/experienced kiters?

Are they for you or someone else? I don't recommend stunt kites for kids, particularly the stackable kind, as once you get several in the stack they can drag you around the beach while you fly them. A kid can injure themselves or someone else with stunt kites if they don't know what they're doing.

Indeed, I love flying my stunt kite while down there at Hatteras, it takes practice though (and some good wind conditions).

Make sure you sting them up with glass encrusted wire and what not. Then maneuver your kite against other kites for domination of the skies, also bring your kids to watch.
