Need advice on what to do with this RMA

About 1.5 months ago I ordered a 1gb usb flash drive off their website.
It took forever to ship and when it finally got here I decided I didn't want it so I took advantage of their 15-day money back guarante.

I emailed them and got my RMA number and shipped the package back (never opened the drive inside) priority mail with confirmation. It got there well within 15-days.

- 2 weeks go by. I emailed to inquire about the status of my RMA --no answer and continued email with no answers

- 2.5 weeks I try to call and I get a weird phone menu thing that leads nowhere.

- 1 week goes by. I email again and get a response of "we haven't received your package. Can I get the tracking number" I provide it but never hear back

- 1 week goes by. I email asking about status and get no answer.

- 2 weeks go by. I threaten a call/letter the BBB/lawyer if they don't respond. I get the same response as before and the same result from them. Nothing.

- present. I email again with no response yet again.


What should I do? I think I've emailed just about every person in that company with no reponse.
